To get the benefits of these compounds, look for dark chocolate with at least 70 percent cacao content, raw cacao powder, or unsweetened cocoa powder at your local supermarket and incorporate it into your diet. An easy way to make these powders palatable is to enjoy it in homemade chocolate milk. Since these types of powder taste bitter, you can mix 2 tablespoons of either powder to unsweetened almond milk and sweeten it with a little stevia.
