Make Sure You Have the Right Shoes
You can’t put on any ordinary pair of sneakers for running because they could hurt your feet and even lead to injury. Go to your local sports store and speak to someone about getting running shoes: they will make sure you are properly fitted for the correct size and direct you toward shoes that offer the right support for your feet.
