Thankfully, there are plenty of ways to find a healthy loophole for foods that typically use gluten. Grits for Oatmeal

While oats are technically gluten-free, a lot of oatmeal is processed in plants with items that contain gluten. If you don’t feel like splurging on the more expensive gluten-free oats, try out grits as a cost-effective breakfast alternative.
