Crack Pepper With a Power Drill

Need to grind plenty of pepper at once? Get it fresh by using an electric driver or drill. Simply unscrew the top of your pepper mill to access the central square shaft. Make sure your driver or drill is thoroughly clean before inserting the pepper mill shaft into the chuck of your driver or drill. Start on the slowest setting to ensure you don’t overheat your mill on a high setting. Change the tension between the shaft and driver or drill to change the size of your ground pepper from fine to coarse. Use the ground pepper immediately or store for later.
