When measuring, spray the inside of your measuring cup or spoon with a quick spritz of vegetable-oil spray before pouring sticky ingredients like honey or molasses. If you’re slicing a sticky food like dried fruit, lightly spray your knife blade with vegetable-oil spray before cutting.
