Track Your Habits
Keep a record of your habits so you can track patterns and make sure you are living your best life. You can create separate calendar charts, one for things you do or need to do and one for things you want to make habits. For example, you can keep track of the medications you take or what you ate during the day. Additionally, if you want to try and exercise more, keep track of how many days you go for a walk or to the gym. This constant tracking will keep you accountable and help improve your health.
