A hat, scarf, and gloves are not enough when the temperature is below freezing and the wind feels like it can cut glass. Consider wearing long underwear or tights under your pants, doubling up on your scarves, and even layering sweaters to stay protected. When uncovered skin is exposed to these temperatures it can lead to frostbite very quickly. Stay protected and cozy when you travel outdoors.
