Full Body-Revitalizing Smoothie

Feeling sluggish? This vanilla smoothie is packed with nutrients that will taste and make you feel wonderful – and all for just under 200 calories!

1 cup Light vanilla soy milk
3 oz Silken tofu
1 tbsp Ground flaxseed meal
1 tbsp Natural almond butter
1/3 cup Canned yams in light syrup
4-6 Ice cubes

Add all ingredients into blender and blend on high speed until completely mixed. Pour smoothie into glass and enjoy!
