Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup Kale
1 cup Spinach
1 piece Celery
Water
Mint leaves (for garnish)

Put all ingredients, except mint and water, into a freezer safe bag.

When you want a snack, pull out the ready-made pack and blend with water until smooth. Garnish with mint and enjoy!

Note:Make a lot of these freezer bags and store so you can have a quick grab-and-go snack ready whenever you need one.
