Frozen Banana Puree With Peanut Butter

With a similar texture to ice cream, frozen banana puree is a delicious snack to turn to when those sweet cravings arise. To make this snack even more appealing, it's nutritious and packed with protein and fiber. 

1 Large frozen banana (peeled)
2 tbsp Peanut butter
2 tbsp Flax seed (preferably ground)

Place banana, skim milk, and peanut butter in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour in a water bottle or thermos to bring on the go. Top with additional flax seed and cinnamon, if desired.
