Making a tasty breakfast doesn't have to be complicated! Using only two ingredients, this recipe is simple and great to make when you're in a hurry. These banana pancakes are low in calories and naturally sweet so you don't have to add any sugary syrup.

1 Ripe banana
2 Large eggs (lightly beaten)

Preheat a pancake griddle. Mash the banana with a fork until it's as smooth as possible.

Stir in the eggs until well combined. Ladle out spoonfuls onto a pancake griddle and cook, flipping halfway through.
