4 slices Sprouted grain bread (lightly toasted)
4 oz Full fat fresh mozzarella
4 Small tomatoes (cut into rounds)
16 Fresh basil leaves
1 Minced garlic clove
4 tsp Extra virgin olive oil

Preheat oven to 350º F.

Place bread on baking sheet.

Slice mozzarella into rounds, divide evenly into 4 portions and place on top of bread.

Top with tomato slices, basil, and optionally garlic.

Bake for 7 to 9 minutes until the cheese starts to melt.

Remove from oven and drizzle with olive oil if desired.
