2 slices Flax oat bran & whole wheat lavash
2 tbsp Olive oil mayonnaise
4 strips Turkey or pork bacon (cooked, nitrite-free)
3/4 Lettuce (cut in to ribbons)
1 Medium tomato (diced)

Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on each lavash.

Top with bacon, lettuce and tomato.

Roll up wrap and cut in half.
