Starting in May 2012, The Dr. Oz Show teamed up with Practice Fusion and Alere to bring 15-Minute Physicals to six cities in America. Each event screened for numbers that provide a good starting point for a conversation about a person's overall health, after which the registrant was able to speak with a health professional about their personal next steps to wellness. In addition to the measurements taken at the event, data was collected through the registration process.

See some of the results we found in our samples from the various cities. For a more comprehensive overview and "report card" on the nation's health as well as a photo gallery of the tour, come back in February when the 15-Minute Physicals come to a climax and Dr. Oz gives America its report card!
