2 cups Spinach Juice of 1/2 lemon 1/2 tsp Grated ginger root 1/2 Cucumber (diced) 1 Apple (peeled and cored) Place all ingredients in a blender with some water and blend. Add more water until desired consistency is reached. Enjoy! 2
