1 cup Full-fat coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk
1 Scoop chocolate keto protein powder (or collagen protein + 1 tbsp MCT oil or chocolate bone broth protein)
1 tbsp Cacao powder
2 tbsp Cashew butter (or peanut butter or almond butter)
1/8 tsp Pumpkin pie spice

Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
