Dr. Dow's Booster Pizza

One way to help your brain crave healthier foods is to start swapping booster foods into your diet by incorporating them with foods you already love – like pizza! This booster pizza is a variation that uses healthier, leaner ingredients, giving you the same great pizza taste without the same amount of fat.

1 Whole wheat tortilla
1/2 Diced tomatoes
Goat cheese
2 Artichokes
1 Onion

Cut up your favorite booster vegetables; in this case, slice artichokes and caramelized onions.

Spread out the diced tomatoes and low-fat cheese crumbles on the whole wheat tortilla.

Then add the artichoke and caramelized onion.

Finally, sprinkle the pizza with rosemary, oregano, garlic and basil to taste.

Cook in the oven for around 15 minutes at 350° F until the cheese is melted to your desired consistency.
