Constipation Corrector Smoothie

Eating prebiotic foods, like bananas and oats, can help you combat constipation along with probiotics. This constipation-corrector smoothie includes both prebiotic and probiotic ingredients, such as jicama and Greek yogurt, which support healthy bacteria in the gut.

6 oz Greek yogurt
1 Medium banana
1/4 cup Rolled oats
1/4 cup Diced jicama
1/2 cup Diced pineapple
1/2 cup Nut milk (any type)
1 tbsp Chopped ginger
1/2 cup Ice

Add ingredients to a blender.

Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
