Label Your Water Bottle
If setting a timer is not working for you, try labeling your water bottle instead. Use a marker to section off your water bottle with times throughout the day (for example, 8 a.m., 11 a.m., 2 p.m., and 6 p.m.). When the clock reaches those times, you must make sure you have drunken the amount of water labeled.
