Use Your Slow Cooker
Your slow cooker will become your best friend because it’s perfect for meal prepping — simply dump in your dinner. Over the weekend pre-make meals and freeze in labeled bags. Before you go to work, toss the contents of that day’s meal into the cooker and turn on low — by the time you come home, everything will be cooked and ready to go.
