Make Mason Jar Salads
Putting salads in Mason jars is a new food trend that also happens to be perfect for meal prep. Stack all your salad ingredients in a large Mason jar and store dressing separately. When ready to eat, simply pour the dressing in and shake the jar. You can make salads for lunch for the whole week by simply filling jars on the weekend.
