When it comes to buying yogurt, Feller opts for plain 2% Greek yogurt or any yogurt that has 11-13 grams of sugar per serving and is free of artificial sweeteners, fillers, and additives. Some yogurt brands have so many sugary ingredients they qualify more as a dessert than a healthy breakfast or snack. To keep it nutritious, stick to the plain version so you can add in your favorite toppings instead.
