If you tend to bloat up during the day but don’t want to be bloated for an upcoming event, try out some of these tips from a few of The Dr. Oz Show experts. Simply follow this plan up to 24 hours ahead of time to beat your bloat.
Reduce Sugar Intake
Added sugar isn’t a good thing to include in your diet overall, but it’s especially not good at helping you prevent bloat. “Foods with added sugar are really just empty calories that fill you up in the moment, but often make you even more hungry and inclined to eat more later on the day,” says Feller. She recommends avoiding added sugar and eating all-natural foods instead.
