If you tend to bloat up during the day but don’t want to be bloated for an upcoming event, try out some of these tips from a few of The Dr. Oz Show experts. Simply follow this plan up to 24 hours ahead of time to beat your bloat.
Hydrate and Avoid Carbonated Drinks
Carbonated drinks like beer, soda, and mineral water cause your stomach to bubble up and bloat. Family physician and Associate Professor at Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine Dr. Jennifer Caudle recommends avoiding all beverages like these in order to look and feel slim. Additionally, keeping hydrated with water can help ensure your bloat stays away. Drink the recommended amount of eight glasses of water a day.
