Look slim and trim for your event with this plan.

If you tend to bloat up during the day but don’t want to be bloated for an upcoming event, try out some of these tips from a few of The Dr. Oz Show experts. Simply follow this plan up to 24 hours ahead of time to beat your bloat.
Get Some Sleep
Sleep deprivation causes a whole slew of problems, not the least of which are bloating and puffiness. As Feller explains, “When you’re not well rested, your brain wants more energy. Carbohydrates –specifically refined carbs – give your brain immediate energy,” explains Feller. This is a bad cycle, however, because refined carbs are not good for your body or for reducing bloat. So make sure to get the recommended seven to nine hours of rest the night before an event (and maybe even the nights leading up to it too).
