Eliminate Trigger Foods

Eliminate Trigger Foods

According to Dr. Aviva Romm, an integrative women’s health expert, “50 percent of people are triggered by dairy, gluten, and fruit when it comes to bloating.” The simplest solution is to eliminate all of these foods from your diet leading up to an event. This way, your diet will not be causing you to bloat. Make sure you eat regular meals, however, as not eating can cause stomach discomfort. Eat small portions of foods like non-starchy veggies, lean protein, nuts, and seeds.
