Day-Off Diet Apple-Banana Smoothie

Looking for a quick morning meal? A smoothie is one of the easiest options you can whip up. Simply blend fruit, nuts, and seeds with a yogurt base, and you're ready to go. It's a filling breakfast for your busy day ahead!

1/2 Granny Smith apple (chopped)
1/2 Banana (sliced)
3/4 cup Plain 2% Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
5 Walnuts
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1/2 cup Ice cubes
1/4 cup Water

Purée all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Pour into a glass and garnish with additional cinnamon powder if desired.
