Going to the Park
Getting outdoors is one of the best ways to improve your mental health. Transmission is said to be less likely in open, outdoor spaces, so visit your local park when you can. Go during off hours and practice social distancing. Don't use the public bathrooms or water fountains and bring any personal supplies you'll need.
