Cocoa & Avocado Mousse

Adding avocado into your dessert is a great way to make it healthy and filling. Guest Roberta has the perfect recipe for a decadent mousse that will satisfy your chocolate craving and nourish your body. Get creative and add scrumptious toppings like chia seeds, pistachios, almonds, and cacao nibs.

1 Large (ripe avocado)
1/4 cup Raw cocoa powder
1/4 cup Unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp Stevia sweetener
1 tsp Natural vanilla extract

In a food processor, mix together the cocoa powder and almond milk until combined and add to the avocado.

Mix in the stevia sweetener and vanilla extract. Mix until incorporated well and smooth.

Transfer the mousse to individual bowls and store in the refrigerator until ready to eat. Add toppings if desired.
