Chicken Salad

Add some shredded rotisserie chicken on top of your salad to take your lunch to the next level. This meal is Whole30 approved because of all the natural ingredients. Since you are only using part of a whole chicken, you can pre-pack your lunches for the week with this delicious recipe.

1 Whole chicken
2 Avocados
2 Tomatoes
2 handfuls Greens of your choice
1 Cucumber
1 Green pepper
4 tbsp Olive oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Cook whole chicken. Once cooked, shred.

Cut up avocados, tomatoes, cucumber, and green pepper in a bowl.

Top with shredded chicken, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
