Use chicken bones from your rotisserie chicken. Put all ingredients in the slow cooker. Add in water.
Cook on low-medium for 12 hours. Clear off any debris that may be floating on top once everything starts to cook.
Strain broth into containers and use to make soup or to snack on. Store in the freezer if not using immediately.
