Chicken Arugula Pizza

8 oz Whole wheat pizza dough
1/2 cup Chopped tomato
4 oz Cooked chicken breast (cut into strips)
1/2 cup Low fat mozzarella
1 1/2 cups Arugula
2 tbsp Parmesan

Preheat the oven to 450°F and preheat a rimless baking sheet.

Roll out the dough into a 12-inch circle and slide onto the baking sheet. Bake for 7-10 minutes.

Remove crust from oven and flip over. Spread the tomato sauce evenly on top. Scatter chicken pieces over sauce and sprinkle with the mozzarella. Return to the oven to bake another 7-10 minutes until cheese is melted and pizza is crispy and brown.

Remove pizza from the oven and top with the fresh arugula and a sprinkling of parmesan. Enjoy!
