Cassandra's Candied Yams

1 lb Sweet potatoes (cut in half)
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup Vanilla
1/2 cup Oil
1 1/2 cups Brown sugar
3 tbsp Sugar-free maple syrup
5 Pebbles allspice

Combine ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.
