Cabbage Steaks

1 Cabbage
1 tbsp Olive oil
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)

Cut the cabbage into 1-inch pieces. Spread with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook at 400˚F for 30 minutes.
