Butternut Squash and Avocado Protein Smoothie

Avocado adds a thick and creamy consistency to this smoothie.

1 cup Milk
1/4 Avocado
1 cup Raw butternut squash (cubed)
2 scoops Whey protein
4 Pitted dates
2 tbsp Ground flax seeds
1 Lemon (juiced)

In a blender process all ingredients until smooth.

Makes 2 cups.
