7 Milk thistle tea bags
7 Dandelion root tea bags
1 tbsp Turmeric
18 cups Water
Squeeze the limes into a large pot, then add the lime rinds and all other ingredients.
Bring to a boil for 2 to 5 minutes, then let it steep uncovered for 1 hour.
Cool, strain out the limes and tea bags and store in the refrigerator.
If you don’t have enough room in your fridge, store half in the freezer and defrost it midway through the plan.
