2 tbsp Hot sauce
1/2 tbsp Sriracha
1/2 tsp White vinegar
2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil (or melted vegan butter)
handful Baby spinach
1/2 cup Chopped celery
1/4 cup Chopped cucumber (or other veggies)
2 tbsp Ranch dressing
4 Wheat tortilla wraps
Mix together the hot sauce, sriracha, vinegar, and olive oil (or vegan butter) to make the buffalo sauce.
Toss sauce and tofu and let sit for a few minutes to marinate.
Chop all veggies and mix with ranch dressing.
Warm the tortillas and arrange wrap. First lay the spinach down, then the veggies, and finally the tofu. Wrap tightly and enjoy.
