Buffalo Cauliflower

9 cups Cauliflower
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Coarse salt
2-3 tbsp Hot sauce
1 tsp Lemon juice

Mix 9 cups of cauliflower florets (from 1 large head) with 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 tsp coarse salt.

Roast at 450°F, turning once, until golden brown, about 25 min.

Toss with 2 to 3 tbsp hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot) mixed with 1 tsp lemon juice.

Serve with Blue Cheese-Yogurt Dip.
