Blueberry “Pancakes” in a Bowl

Instead of packing on the carb-filled calories with pancakes, try this healthy breakfast alternative. Cravings can get the best of us, especially when they’re for foods that aren’t that good for you. When a craving strikes, it’s usually because of one of the three things: taste, texture or temperature. These three snack cheats satiate all three of these triggers, and are super tasty, too!

4 oz Vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 cup Puffed wheat cereal
1 handful Blueberries
dash Cinnamon
1 tbsp Organic maple syrup

Mix the yogurt puffed cereal and blueberries in a bowl.

Mix in a dash of cinnamon to taste.

Heat up the 1 tbsp organic maple syrup in the microwave and pour it on top of the whole mixture. Enjoy!
