Blueberry and Banana Smoothie

You can make this smoothie with regular milk or kefir; both are delicious. If you don't mind the tart taste of kefir, use it instead of milk to get more probiotics and protein in each serving.

1 1/2 cups Kefir (or regular milk)
1/2 Banana
1/2 cup Blueberries
1 tbsp Chia seeds

Blend ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Pour into two glasses and enjoy with a friend!
