Soda Challenge | Day 3 | September 26

Pretty easy … went to work today, and no problem save my scale said I was 2 pounds heavier than day 0 despite my daily workouts. That diet soda must have kept me relatively dehydrated. Haven't thought of a soda yet, but only would have just begun for the day. So the desire is still young, but now (66 or so hours clean), and no problems save my wife has to drink all that diet soda we had stored. Do you know of a charity that takes diet soda … say 4 or 5 cases?
