Soda Challenge | Day 15 | October 8 | Friday

Saw first patient at 6:30 a.m. Then, on to the radio station to do some promos for LetsMoveIt.org, a CC promo to get the town healthier, then back to see patients, then a salsa judging (needed soda, but water and coffee were okay – boy is my tummy in pain), back to patients and then to meetings. Two weeks down, no sodas. I think I can do this.
