Had big clinic meetings this morning and afternoon, and a cocktail meeting this evening with the Wellness Leadership. There were diet sodas (no sugared sodas are available at the Clinic, which is good) at all meetings, all day. I have now noticed the ubiquity of diet soda availability. Temptation is everywhere, but I am strong! Soda-free and sticking to the Just 10 Challenge.
