Soda Challenge | Day 12 | October 5 | Tuesday

Flew back to NY to the Oz show after a morning seeing patients to tape a segment with Mehmet for next week. Wanted a soda in the afternoon but choose coffee instead. Boy, do they have lousy coffee in the afternoon at the Oz show. It must be made in the morning and gets stale all day. Upstairs in the non-stage area, where the producers, etc write and the magnificent Diane plots the visuals, they have single-serve coffee and teas that are much better. On the plane trip home, reached for tomato juice. Have to find an alternative – after one glass of wine, I am wiped out so need to save the glass till get home.
