Health for the Holidays

A couple of weeks ago, we celebrated the finale of our Just 10 Challenge. We had nearly half a million people take control of their health and sign up to lose 10 pounds. I couldn’t be more proud, but the efforts don’t just end there. Any comprehensive weight-loss plan includes a maintenance component to keep the weight off. Unfortunately, even the best-laid plans can easily go awry during the holiday season, when we tend to be surrounded by temptation. It’s important to implement strategies to keep health at the forefront of our minds.
