First, congratulations to all of the guests who have lost over 100 pounds! WOW! A flood of emotion comes to mind as I write this. How different you must feel having gained self-confidence as a result of your huge accomplishment, giving yourself a longer and fuller life! This blog is dedicated to you! Congrats!

For those you out there who are on this journey of weight loss, it’s important to understand that it isn’t just about the weight you’re shedding. You’re winning a battle for your life, your mental state, and a healthier YOU! Take it one day at time. The weight didn’t come on overnight, and it won’t go away over night. Stay consistent and committed and you will reap great rewards. Put up pictures of what you looked like when you started your journey. Put them on your mirror in your bathroom, on the steering wheel of your car, on the refrigerator handle, or even at your desk at work. Next to that picture, have your daily, weekly, and monthly goals on an index card. This will help you to stay focused and committed to something that is for YOU!
