Berry Yogurt Protein Shake

Looking to make a protein shake based on natural ingredients? This is a good formula to follow; start with a base of nut milk or greek yogurt, add healthy fats like avocado and protein like nut butter, then finish with fruit and leafy greens. This shake includes Greek yogurt, a great source of protein and easy to digest, with berries to give you a boost of antioxidants.

3 tbsp Powdered skim milk
½ cup Frozen or fresh berries
2 cups Spinach
5 oz Non-fat plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp Flax seed

Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy!
