Peppermint oil has countless uses for the mind and body. Mixed with a carrier like jojoba oil, you can make your own mouthwash free of alcohol and other chemicals and use it to kill off dangerous oral bacteria. If you want to minimize the appearance of pores and reduce breakouts, you can use peppermint, thyme, rosemary, and oregano to create a concoction all your own. Peppermint oil may also ease indigestion, which is why drinking peppermint tea is recommended after a spicy or heavy meal.
