Bergamot oil provides powerful benefits for both the mind and body. You may recognize the name from Earl Grey tea, as it is the essential oil used in creating it. Linked to wellness, hydration, and emotional wellbeing, bergamot is very uplifting for the senses. You can use this oil to improve your mood and ease stress by inhaling the scent or rubbing it on your skin and you can also ease cold and cough symptoms by rubbing the oil on your chest or adding it to warm water so it can loosen phlegm.
