"Beanie" Chocolate Protein Shake

1 cup Milk
1 cup Cooked black beans
2 tbsp Ground flax seeds
1 tbsp Raw unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp Raisins
1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Makes 2 cups.
